From the desk of Dr. Watkins…….

Each one of us can testify of the things that we go through on a daily basis.  Some things are private, known only by us; other things have become public struggles. Our topic this month, “EVEN IN THE STORM,” speaks of how God will keep us regardless of what life presents. Life is a combination of things and we never know what we’ll be confronted with on any given day, but because God knows all things we can be certain that He is in tune with not only the problem, but also the solution. God never promised that once we’re saved we would then walk through life on a flowery bed of ease, but John 16:33 says, “These things I have spoken unto you, that IN ME ye might have peace. IN THE WORLD ye shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I HAVE OVERCOME THE WORLD.”
